My all time favorite - part 3

Today I am going to continue explaining why I love some high end makeup products.
I have already mentioned here what are my all time favorites and started here why I love some of them...

Today I will write about eyeshadows.. YSL, Dior, Estee Lauder, Lancome – love them!
They are all different....

Dior eyeshadows
Dior has several different eye shadows quads, Couleur High Impact Eyeshadow, 5 Couleur Designer - All in One Artistry Palette, 5-Colour Iridescent Eyeshadow, etc.
There boxes are always very classy, even that there are few box designs, older and newer ones, always in dark blue color.

The texture is always superb! Some of them are creamier, or even have cream eyeshadows/eyeliners like All in One Artistry Palette, some are more matt, but then having very velvety texture.
Some of the palettes are like "ultra-wet", metal-like colors that make the eye sparkle, but with no actual sparkles!
"ultra-wet" means the unique Wet Reflect technology that infuses a whole new generation of powders with pearlescent particles, brilliance never seen before!.
They are very easy with gliding, never any fallings, ultra-luminous finish.
Summing up these eye shadows are silky, almost creamy in texture that blends perfectly into the eyelid. Love them!

Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) eyeshadows
YSL eyeshadows are very special to my heart… maybe because there were my 1st expensive eye shadows, recommended by YSL beauty consultant in London… several years ago I remember the quad was dark blue and pearly light blue… they were really cute! I used to leave them…
And the gold box of this palette… full glamour!!!
I have some all time favorites that are not in the stock anymore…
I love them for the colors, for velvet texture and for the way they put different colors together.. like dark purple and orange that reflect in pink.. or lila and bronze…
Currently I love their c
On my wish list is the Pure Chromatics Wet and Dry Eye Shadow Palette in no. 4 and 6.

Estee Lauder eyeshadow
The palette is called: Surreal Violet, and it comes from limited collection Blue Dahlia Collection from 2010 fall. There are 5 shades of lilac, mauve, purple, eggplant and violet – my favorite colors.. it contains matte, frost and shimmer.. and the texture is very smooth and velvety.
Lancome eye shadow
The palette is called Color Focus Duo 103 Night & Day. You can still buy it in the Lancome counters. It is great palette for drama makeup… but not the regular one, not boring one as it has the most beautiful dark shimmery metallic grayish green compared with satin light pink. The texture is like velvet and the effect it stunning! I can highly recommend them if you like dark green color and if you like to play with colors other then neutral.

I know many of you prefer MAC eyeshadows. I like them, especially that they have huge range of colours, but there texture sometimes is not as good as Dior or YSL ones...

Anyway, what are your favorite high end eyeshadows??
